| Postage TermsWe will normally dispatch any pre-owned stock order to you within 2 business days, New models or tools may take up to an additional two weeks to dispatch unless otherwise stated on the item description. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery location, typically two days in the UK, one week to Europe and two weeks for the Rest of the World. Delivery times are an estimation from the time of shipping and not a guarantee.
You must inform us within 28 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Items are packed to insure your models reach you in the best possible condition, if there are any problems please don't hesitate to contact us so we can resolve any issues with you.
If you country does not display in the checkout, please inform us and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. | Postage PricesAll items are dispatched tracked and insured, and postage costs are priced to reflect this. Pre-Owned models can be sent as Large Letters typically, New items need to be sent as Small Packets and so incur a further £2 cost on postage. Price brackets are : up to £10 in value, up to £25 in value, up to £50 in value, and over £50 in value.
